Keeping your Fairbuds XL charged ensures uninterrupted listening throughout your day. Here is how to turn your headphones on or off and charge them safely using standard USB-C equipment.

How to power your Fairbuds XL on and off

  • Turn on: Press and hold the center of the joystick for three seconds until the status LED lights up green and you hear a power-on tone.
  • Turn off: Press and hold the center of the joystick for three seconds until the status LED lights up red and you hear a power-off tone.

How to charge your Fairbuds XL

  1. Connect a USB-C cable to the charging port located on the bottom of the right ear cup of your Fairbuds XL.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into a certified power adapter supplying 5V and at least 0.5A.
  3. Check the status LED next to the charging port to view current battery level:
    • Green: Fully charged (80% to 100%)
    • Yellow: Medium battery level (20% to 79%)
    • Red: Low battery level (below 20%)

  • Full charge time: Approximately two hours via USB-C cable.
